Year Three of Strategic Content Production
On Monday, January 5th, we recorded our first production of the year and officially entered year three of our retainer partnership with Vogue Title. Starting the year on set with a long term client is always meaningful, and this shoot marked another step forward in how modern title companies can leverage consistent, high quality content to strengthen their brand.
From the beginning of our relationship, the goal with Vogue Title has been clear: build a content ecosystem that goes beyond one off videos and supports their business month after month. As the real estate landscape continues to evolve, title companies that invest in visibility, trust, and brand presence stand out. Vogue Title has embraced that mindset from day one.
This first shoot of the year focused on expanding both format and approach. In addition to our core branded video production, we began testing new creative directions designed for today’s social platforms. These included realtor POV style content, which captures real moments from an agent’s perspective, and UGC inspired clips that feel organic, personal, and highly engaging. These formats are especially effective for social media, where authenticity consistently outperforms overly polished messaging.
Alongside video, each shoot includes a curated photo gallery. This gives Vogue Title a growing library of professional imagery that can be used across social media, email marketing, presentations, and agent facing materials. Consistency in visuals is key, and having fresh photography from every production ensures their brand always feels current and cohesive.
This shoot was completed in collaboration with Vogue Title agent Adriana Brito and realtor Yohara Hernandez. Their on camera presence, professionalism, and willingness to experiment with new content formats helped bring the production to life and capture the collaborative energy that defines successful real estate partnerships.
To tie everything together, we are producing a recap video from the day that highlights the energy of the shoot, behind the scenes moments, and the real interactions that happen when title companies and realtors work closely together. Recap videos serve as powerful brand assets. They are versatile, easy to repurpose, and give audiences a clear sense of the people behind the brand.
At 97 Brickell, we specialize in production services for title companies that want structure, strategy, and long term value. Our approach is not about chasing trends for the sake of it. By entering year three with Vogue Title, we continue to refine what works, introduce new ideas, and innovate the way their business is presented. This long term partnership allows us to move faster, experiment more confidently, and continuously raise the standard of their content.
We’re excited to continue branding Vogue Title throughout 2026 and beyond, pushing creative boundaries while staying grounded in what matters most: clarity, trust, and consistency.
